The appointment you book is reserved especially for you and we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable. A minimum of 24 hours notice (more is better!) is required to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment without penalty. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, a deposit of 50% of your appointment cost in order to reschedule. If you no-show your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Your appointment covers your stylist’s time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with your service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with your results, you are asked to contact the spa within 72 hours (3 days) to discuss your concern. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions will not be rectified at no/minimal cost.
